Andrew has worked in the Insurance and Reinsurance Industry for over 30 years in both Australia and London. He has experience in all facets of General Insurance including Multi Nationals, Corporate and SME. He joined Edgewise in 2011 through their acquisition of Marshall Insurance Brokers. Andrew has extensive experience providing risk management and insurance advice to not-for profits and Community Service organisations, and is an active participant in the industry including his role as a director of MND Victoria.

Jim has 15 years general insurance experience working for international insurance companies and as an insurance broker. He is passionate about applying his experience to providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions for Non For Profit organisations.

Richard has over 20 years in the insurance industry the majority of which was spent with global broker Willis Group, where he worked in a number of senior operational and management positions both in Australia, the UK and USA. Richard in his capacity as CEO is the key driver of our online growth and support strategy.
