Covers you for your legal liability to pay compensation due to injury to a third party or damage to their property in the course of carrying out your business. This cover must be taken as a minimum part of the policy.

Covers costs associated with bodily injury caused by an accident and suffered by volunteers doing voluntary work orn your behalf.

Covers you for legal costs and damages associated with:

• Third Party actions against your Directors or Officers for breach of duty in the management of your organisation;
• Any actions taken by your employees or volunteers against you e.g. sexual harassment, unfair dismissal, bullying;
• Theft of money or property by your officials, employees or volunteers; and
• Costs incurred by a professional (e.g. accountant) in responding to a Tax Audit by the ATO or other Government Authority.

Covers Legal Fees and Damages payable for claims made against you as a result of a breach of professional duty, including claims due to any advice you provide, alleged errors & omissions or professional negligence.

Damage to Buildings and/or Contents
Covers by you for accidental damage to your insured property at the premise(s) where you carry out your business, due to fire or storm for example.
Business Interruption
Covers you for accidental damage to your insured property at the premise(s) where you carry out your business, due to for example a fire or storm.
Additional Increased Cost of Working
Covers costs associated with avoiding or diminishing a disruption to income due to a property claim (E.g. Additional Rent and Moving Costs).
Glass
Covers you for accidental breakage of external and internal glass including leadlight and stained glass at the premises where you carry out your business.

Covers for loss of or damage to money which occurs during the period of insurance while the money is:
In transit to or from your premises and in your custody or the custody of an official, employee or volunteer;
In a night safe or any deposit container of your bank or financial institution;
In a securely locked safe (in which case we will also cover you for the damage to the safe);
In your buildings (as defined by section 1) outside your opening hours;
Within the private residence of an official or employee authorised to take the money to their residences until the end of the next bank business day.

Covers you for loss of, or damage to the insured property (other than money) which occurs during the period ofCovers for loss of or damage to money which occurs during the period of insurance as a result of the following defined events:
  - Hold up or threat of violence to you, your officials, employees or volunteers;
  - Theft by a person illegally concealed at the premises;
  - Theft of insured property in the open air

Covers you for damage caused as a result of a defined peril to your defined business property anywhere within the Geographical Limits of the Policy.
